The corned beef must be nice and tender and totally lean. Yum! (I had a really bad one at a restaurant in Salisbury not long ago - tough and greasy! yulk!)

As a Yankee I'm in love with this Cuban sandwich and Cuban cooking in general. Nothing like this up north. . . Also the place is kinda nice. Take out, eat in, picnic in their cabana, or tailgate.
