the book of Daniel points to the Angloamerican world power (Unites States and Great britain)to be the last world power when God's Kingdom Intervenes and brings an end.

I agree with Guitar Man. There are no scriptures that specifically speak of the U.S. We can look at the ones that apply to everyone/nation who turns against God and what happens to them. Also, remember the most important thing for Christians to do is be a light in a dark place. We are responsible to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit prisoners, take care of orphans and widows and not let the world influence how we live. Our focus should not be on the endtimes. We need to focus on pleasing God.

In my 25+ years of Bible study, I've never found any scriptures that refer, specifically, to the USA.
This is troubling, especially considering great armies from the East (China) and North (Russia/Germany) are specifically mentioned.
Some speculate that the early nuclear wars in Revelations are in reference to the USA being annihilated which is quite possible since Russia (FSU) still has thousands aimed this way.
We just don't know but we do know that Jesus is coming, and coming soon and the earth is, already, showing signs of birth pains as we transition from the times of Grace to the great and terrible times of Judgment.

Some think that Obadiah 4 refers to America because of its reference to the Eagle. Of course the US was the major builder/supplier to the International Space Station (ISS), but now it seems more of a Russian concern with the closure of the NASA Space Shuttle program. Ironically, the ISS symbolized a high point for American technology and ability at a time when the US is facing crisis of fires, floods, wars, economic decline etc.
